MassHealth PT1 Transportation
CATA coordinates transportation for eligible MassHealth recipients with valid PT1 forms through MassHealth. Eligible clients contact CATA directly to schedule their transportation services. Clients are transported to and from medical appointments by private transportation companies under contract with CATA. CATA provides brokerage services for the Northeast Region, including Gloucester, Rockport, Essex, and Ipswich. Brokerage services for Manchester are provided by MART (800-854-9928).
CATA's Brokerage is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, excluding holidays.
